Agreement between user and TWC HOLIDAYS
This site is owned TWC and is intended to be used in a B2B capacity by travel trade personnel only. Business-to-business (B2B) describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as between a consolidator/wholesaler(US) and a retailer(YOU). You attest that you are a Travel Agent, meeting all legal requirements and certifications set out by the regulatory body responsible for such legislation in your province or state. You therefore attest that you are authorized to use this site and are responsible for all uses of this site by yourself and those using your login information

Acceptance of Terms of Use
Please read these terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") before using the TWC Holidays s B2B website (“Web site”). By accessing and using this Website you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein or any additional terms and conditions set forth on this Website and all such terms shall be deemed accepted by you. (For purposes of these Terms of Use, “you”, “your” and “user” shall refer to the user utilizing the Website). You consent to these Terms of Use when you use this Website. If you do NOT agree to all these Terms of Use, you should NOT use this Website.

Your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that TWC is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. TWC and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

We offer Air ,Hotels and travel services purchased from Us. Services are provided on the basis of facility and availability. We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. Access to the Site is terminated upon expiry or termination of the Service.

We may terminate the Service under the following circumstances (non-exclusive list):
• Non-payment of dues
• Where you are in breach of any terms or conditions
• Your use of the Service disrupts our business operations or affects any other party
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times, including credit card and contact information. This information can be updated in your account settings.

Terms and conditions for the providing of services
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Each reservation booked is subject to the cancellation and refund policies attached to the reservation. Many prepaid reservations are not cancelable. You agree to read all policies carefully and accept any terms upon confirming that reservation.

No Shows
No show by the guest at the accommodation establishment without prior warning shall be considered a cancellation. There shall be no refunds applicable in the case of no shows.

Credit Card Chargeback
You may use your company credit card or guest’s credit card for bookings. A guest’s credit card must only be used to pay for bookings of the same Guest. You are solely responsible for ensuring that a genuine credit card is used for paying for bookings. You take complete liability for any losses or damages arising out use of fake or stolen credit cards or from any chargeback.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to the principles of conflicts of law. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York, sitting in New York County, and the courts of the United States for the Southern District of New York. Each party irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding brought in any such court, any claim that any such suit, action or proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum and the right to object, with respect to any suit, action or proceeding brought in any such court, that such court does not have jurisdiction over such party. In any such suit, action or proceeding, each party waives, to the fullest extent it may effectively do so, personal service of any summons, complaint or other process and aggress that the service thereof may be made by certified or registered mail, addressed to the party at its address as set forth in the preamble hereinabove.
